$25 for Out-of-Network or No Insurance

If your insurance is out-of-network, or if you don’t have insurance, the cost is $25 per flu shot.
Travel Fee for On-Site Vaccine Day (Within a 10-Mile Radius)
20 or More Employees

There is no additional visit fee if 20 or more employees receive a vaccine.
Fewer Than 20 Employees

A $150 vaccine administration fee will apply if fewer than 20 employees are vaccinated.
Schools, Preschools, and Non-Profits Organization

We are proud to support local schools, preschools, and non-profit organizations. Please contact us, as we may be able to assist your organization without any additional travel fees.
