Congratulations and welcome to the Paradigm Health Family! We are your local MyMDConnect clinic. Your employer has added our services to their offered insurance product. We are a local primary care clinic located in East Dallas that offers chronic health management (eg., diabetes, high blood pressure), acute problems (colds, flu, strep, stitches) - both in office and virtually (when appropriate).
Our team is excited to meet you and get started on this journey! We know the road to health can take many forms and want you to feel supported each and every step of the way.
The first step to getting started is to download the attached MyMDConnect Welcome Packet to make the most of your experience with us. Over the course of the next few days we will be sending you additional information about the practice. We believe knowledge is a key component of your experience, so keep an eye out for this communication.
